Only unused, intact, undamaged, and complete merchandise with all components and hardware as originally provided to customers, will be authorized for return (subject to inspection and acceptance). Returns will not be accepted from customers without prior return authorization provided by Premier Patio Packs. Authorized and accepted returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge and the customer will have to pay for return shipping. No returns allowed after thirty (30) days from original ship date from Premier Patio Packs. All custom manufactured merchandise or special orders are non-refundable. Premier Patio Packs does not refund shipping charges for returned items.
